Global Network Services Manager

Role Overview:

• Manage and mentor a team of Network Engineers supporting a global network environment.
• Oversee workload, staffing, performance, training, and on-call engineering schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain voice, LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud networking, internet edge, and network security services.
• Establish network policies, standards, and operational controls while ensuring compliance with security and disaster recovery requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable technology services.
• Lead modernization efforts including SASE, SD-WAN, automation, and security enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years leading network engineering teams in a global 24x7 environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing/switching, SASE, network security, and cloud networking.
