Manager, Transaction Advisory

Responsibilities:

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including: Normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments.
• Review clear schedules and exhibits, and contribute to report writing/storytelling.

Requirements:

• Manager-level experience in Transaction Advisory / FDD / QoE (or equivalent deal-focused experience).
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments.
• Clear communicator who can synthesize findings into client-ready output.
