Chinese Language Linguist

As a Data Analyst on our Linguistics team, you’ll leverage your Chinese language expertise to support the development and refinement of language data across our products. Your fluency will directly impact how specific languages are represented and maintained within Lightcast’s global platform. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping linguistic features, driving quality standards, and enhancing product functionality. This is a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of language data on a global scale, with meaningful contributions to cutting-edge technology. Major Responsibilities include analyzing and improving data quality of multilingual text classifiers, working with linguistics and engineering teams to build out new parsers across languages, translating various taxonomies, creating crosswalks, using SQL for data handling, and annotating data used for model training.
