Senior Analytics Engineer

TheyDo is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their small, dynamic, and fully remote data team. As one of three core members, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the data culture and strategy. Accessible, reliable data is the key to smart decision-making, and the mission will be to transform raw data into trusted, actionable insights. In the fast-paced startup environment, you won't just be executing tasks but will be a key partner in translating ambiguous business needs into robust, scalable data solutions. You will take full ownership of the analytics lifecycle, from source to insight, working directly with stakeholders to drive the business forward. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient data models in Google BigQuery using dbt; owning the semantic layer of their analytics platform using Omni Analytics; and collaborating directly with internal teams to deliver the needed data solutions.
