Design Systems Engineer

About the Role:

• This role involves building the infrastructure for OnePay's design platform, focusing on creating an AI-native system that integrates with design and engineering workflows.
• You will work on connecting the design system to AI layers, enabling AI tools for designers and generating system-compliant code for engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the design system across Figma and code, integrating AI into workflows and managing design tokens and component architecture.
• Develop systems that are adopted by multiple teams, tracking success through metrics like adoption speed and design-to-production fidelity.
