As a Product Manager for Growth at OnePay, you will own the end-to-end new account experience for the Cash product, ensuring every customer’s first step is simple, trusted, and rewarding. This role involves driving initiatives that accelerate growth by making it easier for new customers to join OnePay through organic, retail, and partner channels, while also strengthening cross-sell opportunities from the broader product ecosystem. You will own product strategy and roadmap for OnePay Cash customer acquisition and optimize cross sell journeys.

As a Software Engineer on the Risk team, your work will directly impact the systems that protect our customers and company. Responsibilities include building resilient backend services that power fraud detection, identity verification, and transaction monitoring at scale, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that enable real-time risk and fraud prevention and partnering with product managers, and other engineers to design and deploy systems.

As a Software Engineer on our Credit Card team at OnePay, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering the systems that power card issuance, payments, and servicing. This role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers. You will develop and implement new features, APIs, and products for OnePay’s credit card platform and architect and design scalable, secure systems that support millions of customer transactions.

As a Full Stack Engineer at OnePay on the Identity and Onboarding Team, you will be responsible for the flows that let people sign-in to and sign-up, as well as maintaining a user's profile across our suite of products. Work closely with other engineers to ship code. Build and maintain documentation. Solve complex problems that arise at scale.

Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics, your work will directly influence how millions of Americans borrow responsibly.
