About the role:
- Contribute to key product areas in the cash advance space, ensuring scale to tens and hundreds of millions of users.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, define requirements, and ship features that balance financial fundamentals (APR, decline rules, autopay) with broader ecosystem needs (wallet hooks, notifications, analytics).
- Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan.
Required Skills:
- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in technical product management or similar role.
- Experience with a Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product.
- Servant leadership: you lead by example and are able to motivate people to get stuff done without being their direct manager.
