Distinguished Technical Software Engineering Lead

As the Distinguished Technical Software Engineering Lead, you will provide technical leadership and hands-on contributions in software design, coding, and architecture. You will lead technical design reviews, enforce coding and quality standards, and serve as technical quality control for assigned projects. The role involves architecting scalable, cloud-native solutions using microservices, APIs, and modern frameworks. You will partner with product managers and business development to ensure software delivery aligns with customer requirements and future innovation, as well as mentor and coach development teams, raising technical capability and instilling best practices in secure coding and DevSecOps. The role also includes guiding implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure software delivery, balancing technical rigor with delivery needs, serving as both architect and practitioner.
