Job Description
We're looking for experienced Mortgage Underwriters who will be responsible for reviewing documentation and underwriting deals from across the country. You’ll work closely with our Mortgage Sales team and third party brokers to ensure we’re finding the most effective solutions for our customers, and through that, you’ll be an integral part of enabling Neo to deliver a full range of financing products and services partnered with an exceptional customer experience. You will underwrite complex and high-value mortgage loan applications, deliver mortgages from application to funding, communicate with the Sales team, mortgage brokers, and internal/external partners, and utilize problem-solving skills to make prudent decisions on complex mortgage files. The role will be in-office where possible, but flexible to consider remote candidates who are not located near an office.
