UX Researcher

The UX Research (UXR) Team leads critical research efforts at Smartsheet to empower Product Design partners with well-informed design decisions. Researchers at Smartsheet come from diverse backgrounds, applying a wide range of research methodologies and human-centered design practices to create engaging, valuable, and intuitive user experiences. As a member of the User Experience team, you'll shape the future of work by conducting and supporting research projects, distilling research data into insights, and presenting research findings to stakeholders. You will also apply appropriate evaluative research methods, manage all stages of the research process, and actively learn about Smartsheet's business and user needs to inform your research and collaborations.
