Manager, Food Safety

Ensures corporate and regulatory compliance for the company's quality assurance and food safety initiatives by proactively providing technical expertise, training, and operational support across business segments. This role leads incident response efforts, supports third-party food safety audit programs, and ensures successful onboarding of new units and operational leaders. Primary duties include providing on-site food safety support, following up on non-compliant audit results, investigating food safety complaints, serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies, and contributing to the development of food safety policies. The role also involves delivering presentations and training sessions on food safety topics and supporting food safety planning for new unit openings.
