Background Investigator / Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Leverage open-source intelligence (OSINT) and commercial tools for comprehensive information gathering.
• Perform quantitative risk analysis to support personnel risk determinations.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Information Security teams to mitigate internal and external security risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Psychology, Intelligence Studies, or related field with 3-5 years of investigative experience.
• Proficiency with investigative research databases and strong written communication skills.
• Understanding of privacy regulations and ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
