Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead editing and proofreading of medical and commercial communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to client style guides and regulations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Client Services, Design, and Project Management teams to meet deadlines and align content with strategic goals.
  • Conduct rigorous fact-checking and source verification to maintain scientific integrity and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in medical editing, ideally within a medical communications agency or related industry.
  • Strong foundation in medical and scientific terminology with ability to simplify complex information.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus.
