Role Overview:
- Own the operational layer of the AI-assisted development workflow.
- Ensure engineering leadership can focus on high-leverage product development.
Responsibilities:
- Build development environment setup, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and QA frameworks.
- Manage technical documentation, audit trails, and sprint planning infrastructure.
- Prototype integrations with healthcare, payments, and scheduling APIs.
Requirements:
- Must already use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and have proof of recent work.
- 3-7 years of full-stack engineering experience, strong QA discipline, and DevOps skills.
- Self-directed work style, comfortable with multiple languages and frameworks.
Preferences:
- Experience in HealthTech or regulated SaaS environments.
- Startup or early-stage experience, excitement about building from scratch.
