Staff Applied Scientist, AdTech

Your Role:

• Build models that route each auto insurance shopper to the carrier most likely to convert and own the media-buying models held to ROAS.
• Use conversion data in production, handle late labels, sparse sessions, repeat users, and drift, and automate marketplace bidding.

What Success Looks Like:

• Run insurance marketplace media buying by day 60.
• By year one, deliver click wall serving, production conversion models, scaled bidding, and trusted, drift-resistant models.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on applied data science with measurable business impact driving paid media decisions.
• Expert Python and SQL, neural network fundamentals, and end-to-end model ownership from data to deployment.
