Essential Functions:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
- Establish credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends.
- Lead annual and monthly budgeting/reforecasting processes through education of leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
