Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Content & Enablement Specialist to join our Customer Success team and help us elevate the way we educate and support users through high-impact content in the Filigran Academy (https://academy.filigran.io/opencti). You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop clear, engaging technical documentation and training materials that simplify complex cybersecurity concepts and contribute to our customers’ success. Own and manage the creation, structure, and maintenance of the Filigran Academy (https://academy.filigran.io/opencti). Design and produce customer training materials including videos, guides, tutorials, and infographics. Define and implement an editorial line to ensure consistency in style, tone, and clarity across all content. Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing) to align content with user needs and strategic goals. Translate complex technical and cybersecurity concepts into accessible, educational content. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards while adapting to various audience profiles (technical vs non-technical). Contribute to the development of our learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, LearnWorlds, GitHub-based documentation).
