Looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Agentic Platform team and help animate the roadmap while managing the team and ensuring everyone's well-being; you will work closely with the product team for prioritizing the roadmap and with the Data/IA team to structure the new platform. You will be mostly hands-on during the first months, you must be proficient in code and have significant experience of building and structuring new product with the help of other stakeholders.

We're looking for a hands-on Platform Engineering Manager to join our team and help drive the delivery of new features — while maintaining operational excellence and strong incident management. In this role, you will directly manage a team of 4–5 senior platform engineers and collaborate closely with them on improving and evolving our bare-metal Kubernetes and Grafana-based observability stacks. This is a 50/50 split between technical contribution and team management.
