Senior Data Scientist, GTM

As Senior Data Scientist, GTM you will help build data-driven systems to power our GTM team and advance our culture around data discipline and efficiency. This role reports to the VP of Business Operations. You will have a direct impact on significant improvements to GTM efficiency and CAC: LTV ratio through data-driven insights and initiatives on the GTM funnel and systems,. In addition, you will grow and continue building a best in class go-to-market system pipeline that fuels our sales motions through AI, automations, and deep data enrichment. The role also involves ideating, exploring, and testing new growth channels to diversify and scale out sales operations and contributing to and/or leading ad hoc projects as business needs arise.
