Data Analyst III

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and reconcile customer account data across systems to identify data quality issues and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for onboarding, adoption, utilization, and exceptions.
• Prepare analytical summaries and presentations for multiple concurrent engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 2–4 years in data analysis or reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
• Experience analyzing large or complex data sets and familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.
