RYZ Labs seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making. This role focuses on user behavior analysis, A/B testing, retention analytics, and customer lifecycle insights. Responsibilities include analyzing user behavior, designing and analyzing A/B tests, building retention models, analyzing customer journeys, performing complex SQL analysis, developing dashboards, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing ad hoc analysis. Key qualifications include 5-7 years of data analysis experience, expert SQL skills, A/B testing expertise, experience with product analytics platforms, statistical analysis skills, data visualization proficiency, and user behavior analysis experience. Preferred skills include retention analytics, programming skills (Python or R), digital product experience, and familiarity with data warehousing platforms.
