We're seeking a Community Manager to lead the customer community, encourage engagement, and convert users into brand ambassadors. The role involves monitoring and guiding conversations, responding to member inquiries, implementing community guidelines, and planning content. This role also includes creating content that reflects the brand's tone, collaborating with marketing for product launches, identifying engaged customers, and leading an ambassador program. The Community Manager will facilitate mentorship, virtual events, track metrics, and share feedback with internal teams. Furthermore, this position will guide the migration to Circle.so, including content planning and onboarding.
