Security Engineer

The Security Engineer is responsible for the execution of the enterprise security program operations, including project delivery, tool configuration & management, investigations, and performance metrics. This individual will work with security leadership and managed services personnel to monitor and instill trust in the security and reliability of AHEAD systems, services and programs. Key Responsibilities include designing, implementing and administering security applications and infrastructure to support company policies and standards. The engineer will also plan and conduct security assessments of all layers of the technology program including networking, servers, operating systems, databases and applications. Working closely with Management, Operations, Infrastructure and Applications teams to establish processes, procedures and documentation that ensure systems and resources meet necessary compliance requirements and obligations. Develops and executes metrics and KPIs for security technologies.
