The Sensor Platform is the foundation of Dragos's threat detection capability, a high-performance Linux-based network sensor for OT/ICS environments.
As a Staff SDE, you will lead large-scale platform initiatives from design through production, setting technical direction for the Sensor Skill Community.

Responsibilities:

Lead large-scale Sensor Platform initiatives including high-throughput ingestion, pipeline scalability, and queue management.
Own root cause analysis and postmortems for complex production issues, establishing standards for documentation and observability.
Elevate the team through mentorship, design reviews, and code review across all experience levels.

Qualifications:

8+ years designing, developing, and debugging distributed systems software with deep Rust expertise.
Strong grasp of concurrent system design, packet capture, and Linux systems programming.
Experience with cybersecurity best practices and ICS/OT network monitoring.
