Manager, CFO Services

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with high-growth startup clients as a trusted advisor to solve critical financial and business strategy challenges.
• Own client relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver world-class finance advice and fundraising consulting.
• Develop financial models, manage budgets and forecasts, and keep business plans on track with variance reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-5+ years of relevant finance and strategy experience from investment banking, consulting, or a fast-growing company.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills with the ability to own financial models end-to-end and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into action plans.
