Responsibilities:
- Operationalize global sourcing strategy with data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor supplier KPIs and manage key partnerships to ensure quality and delivery.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to streamline workflows and reduce lead times.
Team and Collaboration:
- Work daily with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Quality, and Planning teams.
- Directly manage and mentor a Sourcing Manager, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the broader sourcing department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years in international sourcing, product development, or production.
- Experience with overseas sourcing, preferably in Asia, and managing high SKU counts.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes like injection molding and cut-and-sew.
- Proficient in Excel, PLM systems, and Google tools, with strong analytical skills.
