Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist

CSCI is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist to support software and system modernization efforts for a Department of Defense (DoD) client. This role requires deep expertise in process improvement methodologies, data and activity modeling, and the application of business management and organizational development techniques. The successful candidate will apply industry best practices to reengineer business processes, integrate new methodologies into existing systems, and support performance evaluation across all phases of the project lifecycle. The BPR Specialist will work closely with business and technical teams to support large-scale process transformation efforts within Oracle-based DoD environments. Apply business process reengineering methodologies to evaluate and improve enterprise processes across all project phases. Conduct activity and data modeling to inform system enhancements and operational workflows. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support process modernization and change adoption. Identify and recommend modern business methods and best practices to improve performance and efficiency.
