Job Description
Looking for a student intern to design and support Control Hardware in the Loop (CHIL) and Power Hardware in the Loop (PHIL) testing of grid interactive inverters for utility scale energy storage systems. In this role, you will gain practical and technical experience on cutting-edge energy storage technologies while working closely with industry experts to simulate, analyze and troubleshoot complex systems from inverter control board level to large scale site level controls.
Responsibilities include designing and performing verification tests of grid interactive inverters in the HIL platform, and working with internal and external teams to determine system requirements and verify our solution will meet and exceed project requirements.
