Machine Learning Engineer - LLM & GenAI

LLM and Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered backend services with Python and FastAPI.
• Implement RAG to fetch structured and unstructured data from the OXRED platform.
• Use frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex for context retrieval and query routing.

Integration and Testing:

• Integrate chatbot logic with the existing AskOX frontend.
• Validate support for fleet analytics use cases like summaries and diagnostics.
• Ensure secure data flow between OXRED APIs and the backend.

Optimization and Reporting:

• Evaluate and improve retrieval accuracy, latency, and hallucination rates.
• Implement caching and automated evaluation pipelines.
• Document system architecture, prompt strategies, and deployment procedures.
