Role Overview:
- Contract position for Dutch-speaking coding experts to evaluate AI-generated audio outputs.
- Work expected to start immediately and continue for 2-3 months with possible extension.
- Flexible schedule; experts work as long as tasks are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and label conversation transcripts and AI-generated responses.
- Assess outputs for clarity, helpfulness, naturalness, technical accuracy, and alignment with guidelines.
- Provide written justifications and capture required session artifacts.
Qualifications:
- C1/C2-level fluency in Dutch (spoken in Canada, US, or UK) verified by assessment.
- Strong JSON fluency: ability to read, validate, troubleshoot, and identify structural issues.
- Audio setup capable of clear recording with no background noise.
Ideal Expert Profile:
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate both customer experience and technical correctness.
- Comfortable working in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems.
