Job Description
Help grow a steady pipeline of candidates for apprenticeship programs. In this role, you’ll connect with job seekers exploring new career paths, assess their fit for specific opportunities, and help prepare them for success in high-demand roles. You’ll conduct phone interviews, recommend training options, and guide individuals through the early stages of their career transitions.
Manage and process incoming applications, conduct phone interviews to evaluate interest and readiness, review assessments and recommend next steps, and provide candidates with constructive feedback and coaching. Maintain candidate records, collaborate with employers, build a recruiting pipeline, represent Apprenticely at events, build relationships with partners, and stay informed on industry trends. Act as a liaison between candidates, staff, and employers, and take on additional projects as needed.
