Staff Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Staff Engineer to co-lead our modernization efforts, drive innovation, and play a key role in our product evolution. Your expertise in cloud technologies, legacy system migrations, and microservices will help modernize our architecture and enhance scalability, ensuring the continued growth of Feegow and Docplanner Group. As a Staff Engineer in this area, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for leading impactful and complex cross-group and cross-area technical initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with Engineering Managers and other tech counterparts to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. The role reports directly to the Engineering Director. This role provides an opportunity to actively contribute to the technical direction of the area. Our tech stack at Docplanner Tech includes .Net, PHP, and Vue/React, running on Kubernetes in AWS. This is a very technical and hands-on role, for which strong communication skills and experience influencing technical decisions are also essential to effectively support the teams.
