End to End Loan Processor (With Broker experience)

Looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join a growing mortgage broking business supporting Australian clients. You will work closely with the broker, an admin team member and a senior loan processor. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end loan processing from gathering documents to settlement, while delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll manage the loan pipeline from initial application through to settlement and liaise directly with clients to collect required documentation and provide updates. Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth processing. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including MyCrm, Infinity, Mercury or Similar Experience with Apply Online Experience with Trello or similar project management tools.
