Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth. Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans. Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team. Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR and support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination. This role targets 15-36 sessions/week. Backpack is home to a growing Residency and Fellowship Program for new clinicians, you can choose to mentor early-career providers and contribute to program development.
