Senior Data Engineer, Client Group

Play a pivotal role in building and scaling the data foundation for our high-growth company. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver scalable solutions that optimize operations and data quality, support complex client needs, and expand data access to drive growth. Your work will directly enhance our data accuracy, auditability, and operational efficiency by transforming fragmented, manual processes into robust, automated data products. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining ELT data pipelines using tools like dbt, Dagster, and GCP. You will build and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting needs, collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to create self-service tools, and ensure data quality through testing and documentation. Monitoring database performance and automating data pipeline workflows are also key aspects of this role. Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
