Data Configuration Specialist - Philippines (Remote)

The Data Configuration Specialist is responsible for facilitating the development and ongoing maintenance of our Data Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) platform. This role focuses on mapping source and destination files, creating and managing configuration files, and offering first-level troubleshooting for data-related issues. Acting as a gatekeeper, the Data Configuration Specialist ensures that only critical issues are elevated to the engineering team, optimizing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include data mapping, configuration management, ongoing maintenance, initial troubleshooting, documentation, and communication with the engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quality oriented, customer-driven, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
