Manager, Cyber Defense

Flock Safety is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Cyber Defense to lead the team responsible for protecting our networks, systems, and data from cyber threats. You will play a critical role in developing and executing proactive security strategies, leading incident response, and fostering a culture of cyber resilience across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, experience managing SOC or cyber defense initiatives, and shaping the security strategy for a hypergrowth company. You will oversee security monitoring and incident response processes, define metrics, and support compliance initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of cloud security and excellent communication skills.
