Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects through product implementation and evaluation, representing the department to senior management and technical advisory committees.
  • Apply psychometric and statistical knowledge to design, develop, and evaluate tests, and plan advanced research studies including item calibration and validity studies.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Content Development to deliver new products and investigate complex anomalies related to scores.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in education, measurement, statistics, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of CAT design, IRT, statistical methods, and proficiency with SAS, R, or Python.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with emphasis on technical design of educational tests.
