Monarch is looking for a Data Analyst to support their growth & marketing teams. In this role, you will enable data-driven decision making by building timely and accurate dashboards and reports, diving deep into campaign performance, and contributing to our data infrastructure. Responsibilities include partnering with the growth team to analyze marketing initiatives, building reporting and dashboards, and bringing new datasets into our data warehouse, while also monitoring performance and provide insight into key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. You will also provide data and insight into business decisions and share results with the broader company and leadership team as well as support forecasting, budgeting, and growth modeling efforts. Analyzing active user behavior as well as our onboarding funnel and dive into anomalies to understand changes in the business is another core function of the role, as well as building new datasets and pipelines while also helping to maintain/update our existing data infrastructure.
