Director, Medical Science Liaison Plastics & Regenerative Medicine

Job Description:

• The MSL Director leads a 6-person MSL team while maintaining a personal field territory in Plastics & Regenerative Medicine.
• This player-coach role ensures scientific engagement plans align with brand strategy and medical objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and operational management including staffing, training, and performance coaching for the MSL team.
• Act as primary MSL for a small territory, engaging KOLs and HCPs to retain scientific insight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams, medical affairs, and other in-field teams to coordinate activities.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in health sciences required; doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical or pharma experience with at least 2 years as an MSL; prior line management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel 50-60% and experience with OR environments is an advantage.
