Job Description
Provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model. Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices. Provide individual counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities. Participate in collaborative care team meetings. Complete required documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner. Take timely action when patient emergencies occur and remain knowledgeable of company crisis policies and procedures. PM Pediatric Care is an equal employment opportunity employer.
