Job Description
Define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities. Be the primary product owner and liaison for IGA solutions across the organization. Lead an IGA team, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of IGA technologies. Integrate automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and proactive risk management. Establish and enforce enterprise-wide access control policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Monitor and improve program effectiveness through Measurements. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) and manage identity-related risks.
