Medical Content Development Manager / Team Lead

Position Overview:

• This role leads medical content development for global clients, ensuring scientifically rigorous and compliant materials.
• It supports Medical Information teams and requires expertise in creating response documents and educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and review scientific documents, facilitate MLR meetings, and manage document platforms.
• Provide direction to junior writers and contribute to process improvements and SOPs.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver client delight and maintain industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master's in Life Sciences and 2+ years in pharma or medical communications.
• Strong editing, project management, and literature search skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and reference tools.
• Preferred advanced degree (Pharm.D., PhD) and European language skills.
