Vice President, Investor Relations

As Kraken prepares to transition to a public company and expand its presence in the capital markets, they are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations (VP, IR) who will lead the development and execution of Kraken’s investor relations strategy in close partnership with the C-suite, Board, and senior leadership team. Reporting to our Co-CEOs, this leader will build a world-class IR function from the ground up, ensuring Kraken’s story resonates across institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. The VP, IR will translate the company’s long-term strategic ambitions into a clear, compelling narrative and drive proactive engagement that supports valuation and credibility in the public markets.
