The role:
- Own how Fanatics Casino moves, setting the standard with hands-on craft.
- Lead motion and 3D work across the team while staying close to the work.
What you'll do:
- Build 2D and 3D assets for game launches, product and brand moments.
- Own and scale a reusable 3D and motion asset library with templates and rigs.
- Mentor the team's motion work and art-direct external partners.
What you bring:
- 7+ years in motion, design and 3D, with at least 2 leading a motion function.
- Expert editing, After Effects, Cinema 4D, plus strong design fundamentals.
