About the Role:
- Gilbane seeks a Senior Data Scientist to join the Information Technology Team, using data science to optimize business outcomes.
- You will work closely with stakeholders, leveraging AI/ML to solve complex business problems.
- This role can be performed remotely from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office.

Responsibilities:
- Use scientific research methods, statistics, machine learning, and causal inference to study business and deploy analytical solutions.
- Develop close stakeholder relationships, educate them on analytics and AI/ML processes.
- Mine and structure data, develop pipelines, and partner with Data Engineering to put models into production.
