Role:
- Provide facilitation and expert support for a bilateral workshop on the Buna/Bojana transboundary MPA.
- Coordinate with Albanian and Montenegrin authorities and maintain dialogue with GFW.
Key Objectives:
- Prepare stakeholder briefings, workshop concept, and materials.
- Co-facilitate the workshop and capture outcomes and next steps.
- Advise on a potential GFW-Albania MoU for data sharing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fisheries science, marine biology, or environmental policy.
- Proven facilitation skills and government engagement in the Mediterranean/European context.
Submission:
- Proposals due 7 November 2026 with a narrative plan and descriptive budget.
