Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Development: Contribute across the stack (frontend or backend leaning) while driving the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.
- Process Transformation: Help teams shift toward better planning, AI-assisted code generation, and stronger validation practices.
- Engineering Excellence: Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (shift-left), and observability (logging, debugging, and monitoring).
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong full-stack depth.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
- Experience in Backend API development (Node.js or similar) and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
