Market Data Team Lead

This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on responsibilities:

-Lead & Deliver: Grow and mentor a Data Engineering team, translate business and research needs into plans, and set engineering standards.

-Own Data Engineering: Oversee ingestion and processing of datasets, define SLAs, and manage schemas and dataset governance.

-Feature Platform Ownership: Design architectures for generating features, maintain low-latency pipelines, and ensure reproducibility.

-Infrastructure & Tooling: Build and maintain data collectors and ingestion services, manage storage solutions, and develop compute workflows.

-Collaboration: Work with researchers, engineering teams, and compliance functions.
