Scope of Work:
- Lead the design and development of a standalone WordPress site with intuitive information architecture and modern UX/UI.
- Build a responsive, user-friendly site optimized for performance and SEO, meeting WCAG accessibility standards.
- Upload and structure provided content and ensure the site is easily manageable by non-technical staff.
Key Features:
- Include a publications library with PDF hosting, filtering, and search functionality.
- Implement a blog with multi-author capability, categories, tags, and featured posts.
- Integrate Google Analytics and optionally support multi-language functionality.
Vendor Qualifications:
- Must have a presence in sub-Saharan Africa and experience working with nonprofit organizations.
- Should have a proven track record in building WordPress websites for global audiences.
- Strong design, UX, and implementation capabilities are required, with education sector experience preferred.
